99% Campaign Team

The 99% Campaign Team is working to raise awareness about the rise of Mass Impoverishment in members’ local areas.

The group meets monthly, with a very active Whatsapp chat between the regular meetings, and runs on a mutual support basis where members share ideas and successes with each other.

So far, campaigns have been centred around local deprivation, homelessness and inequality in areas where members live. Future campaigns will focus on social issues such as child poverty, homelessness, health as well as providing critique and challenge to proposed government legislation. We’ll be carrying out research to make sure that our campaigns are ‘fact-based’ and then promoting our message far and wide.
